MUX Timesheets OBS filters not working as expected

Issue/Introduction

When an OBS filter is added within the Modern UX, and then another filter is added, and the option "match any" is selected, it is not filtering to "match any", it's still matching all. This only happens when using an OBS filter.

Environment

Release : 15.9.0

Resolution

This problem does not exist within Clarity 15.9.3. Some changes were made to the filtering since 15.9.0, that resolved this behavior as a result.
