Cannot Remove User or subaccount in ASM

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to remove a user subaccount. However, when we login as master/main account and click on 'change' next to the subaccount, we get the following message: "You don't have permission to access the requested page."
Also, when we navigate to Share access --> Users --> Show More Actions --> Delete next to user, we receive the following error despite the user not being associated with any monitors:

Error during processing data...

The account is still active or has active subcription and monitors

It seems like it is a know issue and ASM DEV team has built a fix for this issue. The fix has been released in Production ASM.
