Issue/Introduction

Unable to launch AM (Applications Manager) Java client RunClient.jar with the errors below:
Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -agentlib:jvmhook
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xrunjvmhook -Xbootclasspath/a:"C:\xxxxx\jasmine.jar"
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not find agent library jvmhook on the library path, with error: Can't find dependent libraries

Environment

Release : 9.3.x

Component :CA Automic Applications Manager

Cause

This problem is caused post installing Unified Functional tool that resets the Java options used by AM.

Resolution

Uninstalling Unified Functional tool resolves issue.
