Issue/Introduction

The VIP Enterprise Gateway LDAP synchronization service prompts for a restart after an LDAP synchronization. Restarting the service does not stop it from happening again.

Resolution

This issue was identified in Enterprise Gateway version 9.9.0. It is non-critical and will not affect LDAP synchronizations.  Upgrade to VIP Enterprise Gateway 9.9.1 to resolve this issue.
