How to Determine When a Scheduled Job Was Modified

Issue/Introduction

For auditing purposes, it may be required to know when a scheduled job was last modified.

Environment

Privileged Access Manager 3.4.x, 4.0.x

Resolution

Whenever a scheduled job is modified, a syslog event will be generated. If the syslog integration is configured in PAM, the event will look similar to the following screenshots. Filter the syslog output by searching for "<sj.jobName>" and all modifications to scheduled jobs will appear.

If the syslog integration is not configured, Broadcom Support can pull this information from the database.
