Unable to export ICSP key file

Issue/Introduction

You are preparing to upgrade your ICSP scanner station to the latest version as described in following article:

Upgrading to the latest version of Symantec ICSP Neural

One of the steps requires you to export the key file from existing installation.

When doing so, following error message is displayed: "Key File Not Found on Configured Path"

Environment

ICSP Neural scanner version 6.x.

Cause

In most situations this issue happens when ICSP fails to create a Unix socket.

Resolution

Reboot the scanner station, this will allow the key file to be exported successfully.
