Client not working CAUAJM_E_10527 Timed out waiting for response from the AutoSys Application Server

Issue/Introduction

Installed client and agent on linux machine ,   

 autoping from autosys server to the agent works fine

CAUAJM_I_50023 AutoPinging Machine [XXXXXXX]
CAUAJM_I_50025 AutoPing WAS SUCCESSFUL.

Client utilities executed from the new install not working

CAUAJM_E_10527 Timed out waiting for response from the AutoSys Application Server: [XXXXX:9000]
CAUAJM_E_50033 Error initializing tx subsystem:  CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get initial configuration from AutoSys Application Server(s).

Resolution

The config.ace on the linux server had encryption set to 1  but  the config.ace on the application server had encryption set to 0

After setting both to 0 the client is working fine
