DX Dashboard can't see data for UMA team deployment

Issue/Introduction

UMA (Universal Monitoring Agent) team deployment is running and reporting metrics in APM, but we can't find them on DX Dashboard side and can't create DX dashboards. The default out of the box UMA DX dashboard are not showing data properly for our UMA deployment.

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI LDDS DASHBOARDS

Resolution

This APM environment has UMA team deployment. The default out of the box UMA DX dashboard are designed for UMA admin and normal UMA agents. They don't work for UMA team deployments. As this environment has UMA team deployment implementation, thus these default out of the box UMA DX dashboard are not showing data properly.
We have opened an enhancement request. APM product manager will further review and prioritization this enhancement request accordingly.
