Issue/Introduction

There are 2 components that you can install on the SEE 11.3.1 MP1 client version, Symantec Endpoint Encryption Client and Symantec Endpoint Encryption Windows Password Reset Utility.

To completely uninstall SEE from a workstation, Is there an order of removal?

 

 

Resolution

If you decide to uninstall the SEE 11.3.1 MP1 product, please make sure to decrypt the drive then uninstall the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Windows Password Reset Utility first and then you can uninstall the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Client.
