Data Delivery at Termination

Ongoing client data retrieval is provided for via a web-based user interface (including reports and dashboards) or WSDL-based API’s.

Terminating clients have the following options to receive their data:

• API data extractions via HTTPS producing XML formatted flat files. See the user guide XOG Developer Guide for technical details.
• Database dump file containing only tables with client data.
• Database data pump generated file of the client’s entire Clarity database schema. This option requires a valid, perpetual Clarity license.
