Issue/Introduction

Unable to see devtest agents on portal, and also unable to see transactions under analyse transactions tab.

Broker is up and running and agents are visible on Application Trace Kit but not on portal.

In pfbroker.logs,  could see below error -

Cause

SOLR service that is running on port 1508  is blocked by firewall.  Not reachable. 

Resolution

It appears like the SOLR service which provides the searching capability for all Devtest Broker-related operations may be down or Port 1508 might not be open. It may be blocked.  Opening the Port 1508 should resolve the issue.
  
Open a browser and type in the URL :   http://<DevTest Broker Hostname>:1508/solrservice/  in a browser window. If everything is fine, you should see the webpage load as shown below:
