Is Spool capable to define a printer in Spool and then print to a product called M.I.S. (from the RSA company)?
DEFNODE and NODE statements are required to print files to RSA M.I.S. that runs under distributed servers.
The following sample definitions can be used to test communication with the RSA server printer:
DEFNODE MISPRINT,TCPIP,TCPDRIV=LCDST,SEP=0,SEPOPT=9,PURGE=YES, CLASS=ALL,GROUP=1,ACQUIRE=WORK,RELEASE=NOWORK NODE MISPRT,MISPRINT,TCPPORT=###,TCPHOST=##.##.##.##
Please request from the RSA technician setting this up on the server to provide a correct value for both the TCPPORT and TCPHOST parameter. Both are required and used by Spool to communicate with server defined printers.
