Error "error finding ; No such file or directory(2)" when pinging an agent in the CCS console

Issue/Introduction

When doing a CCS ping against an agent in the CCS console, you get the following error: 

error finding ; No such file or directory(2)

Environment

Release : 12.6.x

Component : CCS Console - CCS ping

Resolution

On some UNIX/Linux servers, this error was caused by a stale/orphaned CCS agent process after the CCS agent was uninstalled.  Kill the esmd process on the server and then reinstall the CCS agent and register it back to CCS, and those agents should not report that error when doing a CCS ping.
