Upgrade Gen 8.5 HE to 8.6 & retain old version of TICCMPD for SYSDEBUG access

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading from Gen 8.5 to 8.6, will it be necessary to retain the base old version of module TICCMPD in Gen 8.6 to have SYSDEBUG access?

Resolution

PTF SO15712 was released to modify TICCMPD to provide access to the SYSDEBUG dataset.
By applying PTF SO15712, there is no need to retain the old version of TICCMPD in GEN 8.6.
