Staffing Plan shows 0 forecast values

Issue/Introduction

In MUX, the Forecast value under Staffing Plan page shows 0 for all the resources even though they have allocations.

Resolution

The Forecast Columns is calculated based on Allocation Hours X Forecast Rate. 

When you click on the resource, the fly out menu will have the Forecast Rate column.
