Issue/Introduction

You are getting the following error message in the agent logs on your Site Server:

Resolution

Try the following:

  1. Remove the NBS, Package, and Task services from the problem Site Server,
  2. Uninstall IIS, and the Symantec Management Agent (SMA),
  3. Restart the server,
  4. Reinstall the SMA, IIS, and the roles and features that are needed.
  5. After that, reboot the Site Server and install the NBS, Package, and Task services.
