Resolution

Insights - pulls data for all stories accepted during a time period for a project.  IF these stories get sent to the recycle bin after they are accepted, they are still counted.  Artifacts in closed projects are counted in the results.

Throughput - All stories accepted during a time period for a project.  IF these stories get sent to the recycle bin after they are accepted, they are NOT counted.  User Stories accepted that are in a closed project will not display on the throughput chart.
