Issue/Introduction

We have several agents that are failing to connect to SaaS.

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : Integration with APM

Resolution

The Agent was able to connect EM, but then disconnect shortly later as it's not able to send data smoothly to EM:

There was a performance problem with the Collector the agents were trying to connect to and the Collector was restarted.
