XCOMN3639E Validation of Transfer Parameter failed

Issue/Introduction

When I try to create a transfer I keep getting “XCOMN3639E Validation of Transfer Parameter failed” error. Is there a way to figure out what is this problem?

 Attached below is a screenshot of the error I see.

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 11.6

Component : XCOM Data Transport for Windows

Cause

The xcom.log showed the problem was a permissions problem.

Resolution

Correct the permissions problem indicated in the xcom.log.
