We have sdgtw probe version 2.0, integrated with SDM 17.2 version. We are facing issue where when the auto-ticket in SDM is resolved/closed, it is not clearing the alarm in UIM.

In sdgtw cfg, acknowledge_alarm_when_incident_resolved_by_any_user is set to false. Changing it to true resolved the issue.
