Can I be notified when a manager is having problems in CCS?

Release : CCS 12.5.X

Component : CCS Console

Resolution

You can set an email notification for the 'Health and Status Notifications' of managers that have problems in the Settings -> Application Settings and enable the 'CCS Manager Needs Attention' option.

 

NOTE: You will need to have your 'Email Notifications' information entered (also in the Settings -> Application Settings -> Email Notifications) as well so emails can be sent out
