In some cases, when running pdm_status, one may see a webengine pointing to a given server that is in uppercase. This may present a problem in environments where case sensitivity is in play, such as Oracle database environments.

Checked the 'System' > 'Configuration' and found that the "Key" of the added secondary web engine setting showed upper cases in the server name . Inactivated and activated it and confirmed the Key was updated automatically with lower cases.
Restarted the services and confirmed the customer could access the secondary server through the tomcat port 8080.
