Issue/Introduction

Some users can’t do a save in IE anymore. 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Cause

Cookies and browser setting were causing this problem

Resolution

Issues with SAVE were not related to an IE version but to cookies and browser settings.

1. Deleting browser cookies
2. Turn off IE pop-up blocker
3. Restarting IE

corrects the problems. Users with "save" issue, now report that functionality is restored.
