The latest supported Version/Release of Document Viewer is available at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract for the current product. 

• If currently a CA BUNDL user then upgrade to: CA Output Management Web Viewer r12.1
• If currently a CA Dispatch user then upgrade to: CA Output Management Web Viewer r12.1
• If currently a CA View user then upgrade to: CA Output Management Web Viewer v14.0
