Korean and Japanese language characters are garbled in report graphs

Issue/Introduction

When the Messaging Gateway (SMG) Control Center is configured to use the Korean or Japanese language, reports generaged from Reports > View > Favorite Reports do not show the proper characters but instead show squares.

Cause

Fonts neccessary to render the characters were not properly installed.

Resolution

Korean is no longer supported as a SMG Control Center localization.

This issue has been addressed for the supported Japanese language localization in Messaging Gateway 10.7.5.
