SQLDataException: Out of range value for column 'id' at row 1 in the Control Center log file

Issue/Introduction

A large number of SQL errors accumulate in the Control Center log file BrightmailLog.log, with new groups of errors appearing every six or seven minutes.

         java.sql.SQLDataException: Out of range value for column 'id' at row 1

Cause

One or more of the status tables in the SMG Control Center database has reached the upper limit for the id column and can no longer append new records.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed with the SMG 10.8.0 and newer releases.
