Messaging Gateway


The Messaging Gateway (SMG) Control Center content filtering policy editor allows the use of emoji characters in the creation of content policies but the content filtering rule does not match messages including emojis as expected.

During rule creation the Control Center web application is not converting the emoji character to the expected UTF encoded data.


This is a known issue and may be addressed with a future SMG release.
