data access error on some windows on load balanced OC

Issue/Introduction

When viewing load balanced OC, "Data Access Error" comes in and out on some frames, and sometimes login page refreshes when logging in or refreshing page.  The windows with "Data Access Error" will intermittently show the proper contents, then go back to showing "Data Access Error" for a short time, then back to the proper contents, etc.

load balancer settings

Resolution

This is caused by "sticky sessions" or "session persistence" not being enabled on the load balancer.  This should be configured so that all requests within the same session are directed to a single node.
