Task in JSCH triggered twice due to timing issue at period turnaround

Issue/Introduction

An issue was found where a task in a JSCH got triggered twice because the period turnaround for that JSCH was performed twice within a minute.

 

Environment

Release : 12.3, 21.0

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Software Bug

Resolution

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug and has been fixed with:

Automation Engine 12.3.7+HF1 - available

Automation Engine 12.3.8 - available

Automation Engine 21.0.2 - available

 

 

Workaround:

Synchronize the time on all Servers!

The issue is more likely to occur when there is a time difference between WPs and PWP
