When I access At a Glance Report in OC and

1.select Time Range : 1 hour, 1 week, 1 month

Have an error : No metrics available

Environment

UIM 20.3.3

Resolution

On the OC robot, follow these steps:-

– Deactivate the wasp & CABI probe.
– Rename..\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\cabi.
– Rename..\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\work.

– Activate the wasp & CABI probe.
