Unable to Paste (CTRL V) into Cost Plan cell without double-clicking into the cell

Issue/Introduction

There is  a change in behavior when pasting data in Cost Plan cells. the user able able to highlight a number of cells in a row on the Cost Plan and click CTRL V to paste the data and the value change to zero.

The only way we can successfully is to activate each cell

Resolution

In Chrome there is prompt on the upper right corner in the address bar.

Please click "YES" to copy/paste on the clipboard

It should resolved the issue
