Cube processing failure after upgrading DLP and Oracle

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading a Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) data source, IT Analytics (ITA) cube processing fails.

Component : Symantec DLP Content Pack

Cause

Schema changes in the DLP database are not supported by the installed Symantec DLP for IT Analytics content pack.

Resolution

Upgrade the DLP content pack to the latest version, verify all cubes are installed, and run all processing jobs to update the dimensions and measures.

NOTE: IT Analytics has reached End of Life (EOL) status and will not be updated to support changes to the Symantec DLP database schema.
