Issue/Introduction

The UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS - CONDITION_CHECK_INTERVAL is set to 1 by default when installing the initialdata
Documentation says this should be 60:
https://docs.automic.com/documentation/webhelp/english/AA/12.3/DOCU/12.3/Automic%20Automation%20Guides/help.htm#AWA/Variables/UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS/UC_SYSTEM_CONDITION_CHECK_INTERVAL.htm?Highlight=CONDITION_CHECK_INTERVAL

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Defect with the initialdata default

Resolution

This has been determined to be a bug with the delivered initial data.  This will be fixed with in a future release of 12.3 and in 21.0 so that the value is set to the default of 60 when the initialdata is first installed.  As a workaround, CONDITION_CHECK_INTERVAL can be set to 60 manually or deleted from UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS and it will take the default.
