Report options missing while exporting reporting content from 7.1 to 7.8 server

Issue/Introduction

We recently migrated reporting content from Jaspersoft 7.1 server to 7.8 server. Post migration noticed report Options missing. Is it possible to export and import all saved Report parameters and Scheduled Reports with Options from one environment to another.

Resolution

The export option at the report level is not designed to export "Options" saved on the studio report. If the same has to be retained without the need to export/import content then an in-place jaspersoft server upgrade would have been the ideal way to go ( 7.1.3 to 7.8).

The report admin could explicitly try to export the "Option" from the source 7.1 Organization > repository.
