Issue/Introduction

Can I pull Dispatch reports out of Dispatch and move them to PDF format to a server?

Resolution

12.1 Web Viewer can access an 11.7 Dispatch repository and save any text-based reports to a user's workstation. It can also transform those text reports to PDF on the fly. What it cannot do is save them directly onto some server someplace else. Users would need to have the capability of moving or transferring the now PDF-based reports to the server.
