Clipboard copy and paste does not work while using Citrix Remote Desktop

Issue/Introduction

While having a remote desktop session open to a Citrix machine, the clipboard copy and paste will sometimes stop working on the local machine.

This usually happens while Chrome is in focus on the Citrix machine.

Resolution

Minimizing Chrome on the Citrix machine will restore clipboard functionality on the local host.

This issue has been resolved with DLP agent 15.8.0112 which is available for download on the Support.broadcom.com site.
