There is a latest trend to migrate "Docker" to "Podman" container environment.
Podman is a container engine that’s compatible with the OCI containers specification. Podman can be used as a drop-in replacement for the better-known Docker runtime.
Most Docker commands can be directly translated to Podman commands.
• Is the probe docker_monitor compatible with Podman? Did you test it?
• If not - what UIM probe/Tool is addressed for monitoring Podman service containers?

Unfortunately, we don't have any out of the box method to monitor Podman.
docker_monitor uses Docker APIs to retrieve info via http endpoint and/or Unix daemon so it is not feasible to monitor Podman.
Podman is on the roadmap, but there currently is no ETA related to it yet.
The Dev team is currently working on the productization of Kubernetes monitoring, which we are hopeful to release during FY22. OpenShift monitoring will be worked on soon after that.
Meanwhile, Broadcom is exploring options and approaches to work on (and possibly fast-track) PodMan monitoring.
