Detector DT570E control file allocation error after control file was successfully allocated

Issue/Introduction

After creating and allocating the Detector for Db2 for z/OS (PDT) control file via Post Install, the following
error message appears even though the control file is allocated in hlq.CDBAPXMP:

DT570E: Detector control file allocate failed S99RSC=035C0002

Resolution

This is an indication that the control file was allocated after the Xmanager task was started.
Recycling the Xmanager started task will resolve the DT570E error.
