GTEDI errors seen while attempting to export data

CA Test Data Manager (Data Finder / Grid Tools)
When trying to export the EDI files, with GTEDI, it gives an ERROR "License Not Active" and in the server Box it gives an error that states "Access to Path C:\Grid\ denied"

The problem was due to user permissions. Once the proper permissions were granted, the issue was not seen.
