Receiving error when trying to run Ad Hoc reports using Time Management Domain

Issue/Introduction

When a User try to access any existing Ad-Hoc View or Ad-Report based on Time Management Domain gets the error message for “

Can’t find bundle for base name CSK_Time_Management_Domain_Resource_Bundle, locale en_US.

or

ERROR: relation "<schema>.dwh_inv_investment_In" does not exist

Environment

Release : 16.0.2

Component :CLARITY

Resolution

 

a) Please login into Clarity / Access Advance Reporting/ click on create new Ad-Hoc View and select Time Management Domain to see if you receive error message

b) please try other Domain also to test

c) If the error is consistent with only one domain

d) Clear the Browser Cache

e) Clear the Temp Files

d) Close all the browsers and try again

If the above steps does not resolved the issue then please try the below steps:

a) Flush the Jaspersoft temp files

e) Restart both Jaspersoft Server

Additional Information

Note: Seen this issue only on cluster based Jaspersoft Environment

For On Prem with only one Node, can also try flushing the Jaspersoft Temp and restart the JS Server
