Broken Charts in NFA Console

Issue/Introduction
NFA Console shows interface data in tables but charts are broken. Problem exists on all interfaces.
Cause
Permissions problems accessing the NFA Graphics files
Resolution
Give the IIS_IUSRS groups "Full Control" over the directory that NFA is installed under.
