Some alarms are not being closed in OI when they is closed in UIM

Issue/Introduction

We integrated on premise UIM and DX OI SAAS.

We did purge of UIM alarms. After this we have been observing with increased frequency that when a alarm/alert is closed in the UIM, it is not being closed in the OI.

DEV team built a new fix for UIM OI connector. Please contact support to obtain the fix.
