Issue/Introduction

Hi, We have Single Sign On successfully set up. We have a Privileged Identity Management standard to adhere to, though. Our normal accounts are not allowed to have "privileged" access. We have different accounts (distinct from our normal, everyday accounts) which may be provisioned with privileged access. Our technical team has a special link for us to sign in with our privileged accounts. Those links seems to authenticate us correctly, but we are forwarded to login.broadcom.com, instead of Clarity app.

Resolution

In order to resolve this problem and hit Clarity without going through your network, please try the following:

  • Use the Relay State URL to access the Clarity App
  • URL encode the Relay State URL. You can use an online tool like the following to do so: https://www.urlencoder.org/
  • Provide your users the encoded Relay State URL
