Advanced Reporting UI Theme not correct

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded Jasper to 7.8 in 2 environments. The UI looks different in both environments and one of them is not correct

Cause

The root level theme is corrupted.

Resolution

On the server that is correct:
1. Login to Jaspersoft console 
2. Navigate to view -> repository --> themes 
3. Check the Theme that is set to default.
Do the same on the server where the Theme is unexpected.
Do you see any differences?
To overcome this:
1. Login to working Jaspersoft Console
2. Export the root level theme
3. Import the same to the broken server via Manage --> Server Setting --> Import
