The procedure to find this link is as follows:

1. Sign on to the Broadcom :  SUPPORT Portal

2. Click on the Mainframe Software

3. On the next display, scroll down and click on Installation and Maintenance Tools.  Below this header,  click on the link to View Installation and Maintenance Tools     

In the left hand column of the next display, and beneath the header Maintenance Services there are five links, the 
fourth being Download HOLDDATA and ++ASSIGN Statements 

The Downloading HOLDDATA link offers a choice of 
Month       -  (30 days)
Quarter     - (90 days) 
Yearly       - (365 days)
Complete - (Over 365 days)  

Beneath the different choices, there are instructions on the steps to download the Packed file using a web browser or to FTP the Text or Packed file directly to the mainframe
