Inability to get an EZOPTBL created in windows

Issue/Introduction

1. Follow the steps below to create EZOPTBL file. This is extracted from the manual. The Configuration Manager is mentioned here as another approach you can take. See this link for the doc on that:

1. Tried the build command but getting error. Under bin folder I don’t see any file called EZOPT005

Environment

Release : 11.6

Component : CA Easytrieve Report Generator for Windows

Resolution

The possible root cause is missing permissions to write to the given folder.
 
Please check if the user, who executed the etopload, has permissions to write to the E:\Easytrieve\bin folder?

the directory where EZOPTBL is located is not addressed in the path
