Is it possible to configure some default alert filters in the CA Service Operations Insight (SOI) console so that it is available to all users?
For Example: Alerts with tickets or critical alerts.

The new alerts filters can be saved when logging into SOI with EEM users.
If we use internal user like "samuser" then these filters cannot be saved.
