Issue/Introduction

Customer has a role of Team Owner for a BlazeMeter API Monitoring team, but cannot add a domain to the "Email Notification Domain Whitelist" on the Team Settings page.  When viewing the page, the text field is greyed out preventing the addition of any domains to be added for whiltelisting:

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : BLAZEMETER API MONITORING

Cause

Having a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Group called Team Owner is not the same as being the designated team owner.  Members of the Team Owner RBAC group do not have permission to add domains to the Email Notification Domain Whitelist field on the team setting page.  There are no permissions currently available to enable this as documented in the List of Permissions found in the How RBAC Works section of the Role-Based Access Control article.

Resolution

Only the actual Team owner has permission to add domains the the Email Notification Domain Whitelist field in team setting page as documented in the Email Notifications section of the Managing Configuration with Environments article.
