Issue/Introduction

You are using XML to process instance copies for invoices and are running into issues with our Node limit preventing it from completing. What steps do you need to take to increase that?

Environment

Release : 15.9.3, 16.0, 16.0.2, 16.0.3, 16.1, 16.1.1

Component : CLARITY XML OPEN GATEWAY (XOG)

Resolution

In SaaS the governor limits are set to the most optimal values, and are not changed. Increasing the limits above the defined recommendations can impact performance and the are put in place to safeguard customers from bringing down the system.

To overcome we suggest to XOG in smaller chunks (batches).
