Not able to enable activate the New User experience, currently it is greyed out

Resolution

Before you can enable Modern UX in Clarity, install the PMO Accelerator. Without the accelerator, the options for Clarity are disabled. See Install the PMO Accelerator Add-In and PMO Sample Data.

Follow these steps:
Click Administration, General Settings, System Options.
In the New User Experience section, select Activate New User Experience.
This option provides a global switch that controls whether Clarity is accessible to users. If you do not activate this option and a user tries to access Clarity using the following URL, they are redirected to Classic PPM:
http(s)://<servername>/pm
